I’ve had to deal with a lot of companies regarding house stuff in the last few years and you are one of the few that really seemed honest, helpful, direct, and without an agenda. I am writing to let you know that construction has just been completed on my new septic mound system in Stockton. I am very happy with the design that your organization provided for the system and am very happy with the quality of the workmanship and diligence of installer. They did a top notch job with what I consider a very difficult installation and modification process on my old system (i.e. decommissioning it).

Ted and his team are simply the best. Their attention to detail, quick response time, and content knowledge are second to none. My wife and I built a custom modular home and Ted designed the site plan, grading plan, septic system, and dry well system. This being our first time building a home, they walked us through each and every step of the process and were always just a quick phone call away if I had any questions. In the 2 years it took to design and build the house, Ted was always patient and explained the details of each portion of the project to me. Ted personally came to the site multiple times to ensure the work was being completed the correct way and continually looked out for my best interest. You can trust if you hire him, he will tell it to you straight and will work with you to give you a finished product that is well designed and exceeds your initial expectations.

I recently worked with Ted Bayer on preparing a storm water management plan for my property. Ted was careful to take the time to listen to my concerns, all the while working in an expeditious manner to get what I needed for the Township. I was working under a pretty tight deadline as I was not aware that I would need the plan for building permits. Dear Ted & Steve – You did it again! And both of us feel a strong need to congratulate you on your performance on our recently closed sale! We had only 35 days to the scheduled closing and needed an engineering firm who could:

1.) Do a complete diagnosis of a malfunctioning septic system.
2.) Do the subsequent percs and soil tests required and obtain usable test results
3.) Design a brand new septic bed. 4.) Get the new design approved by both the Township and the County Health Department.
5.) AND find an excavator who could complete the installation on time in spite of several rain delays.
All of which you guys were able to accomplish on time!

However, in spite of having accomplished all of the above within the allotted time frame, we still faced a situation where on the day before the scheduled closing the entire deal was about to blow up in our faces. It seemed that at 5:30 that night we thought there was no way the Pleasant View Manor closing would ever happen on time! We will never forget how at 6PM that night you sent that e-mail that satisfied the buyers’ mortgage company and we closed first thing in the morning as scheduled.
